If you have a complaint you should initially raise this with the manager of the department concerned. If this cannot be resolved to your satisfaction it should be referred to our Managing Director. If the matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction it may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details of the complaints procedures for individual insurers will be provided with any quotation or policy documents
